We were very pleased with Adam, he was very professional and thorough. Checked the entire house inside and out and was very helpful in advising us how we needed to protect our vents from further guests invading our home. We would highly recommend there services to anyone. If it had not been for our little Bichon dog aka "bloodhound" sniffing out the mice problem through the vents in the house we might have gone on for a lot longer not knowing they were there. The Duct Guys were terrific. Scheduling was a breeze. They showed up as scheduled, checked on the status of our ducts, and determined that servicing wasn't needed. When the time comes we will definitely call them again!

He was wonderful. He was very straightforward and honest. He was very nice, and pointed out to us as to why he could not safely do the job. They unfortunately could not clean the ducts due to an area in my house.

Selected this company based on their "A" rating, good reviews and a Big Deal offer. To complete the Big Deal offer, I was required to enter the date I wanted the service. I entered the following day and submitted the request. I was contacted almost immediately by phone and email, both of which confirmed the service date I had requested. On the day of service, they called and asked if they could come by a little earlier which was fine. They arrived at the time they gave me, checked the dryer vent and found everything to be fine and said no service was needed and to request a refund. They also advised me what to look for if there ever was a clogged dryer vent or a buildup of lint. They were professional, honest and expedient. I would highly recommend them to anyone to perform this service

Dryer had very long dry times. Once the run was cleaned out, dry time is great! The two people who came were informative, courteous and very helpful Would definitely use the service again.

It was a pleasure working with The Duct Guys! The Lady I made the appointment with gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions. She was very pleasant & knowledgeable. The showed up on time. Explained the process. Cleaned the ducts & dryer vents. Showed me the condition the vents were in before the cleaning. We had brief enjoyable conversations during the process. They cleaned up all the mess made during their work. I have two large dogs. They were dog friendly :0) Very professional. The best part is they DIDN'T Try to Up Sale Me At All!!! I will refer them to anyone I know who needs their service & most certainly will use them again! They cleaned my home & my rental property.

It went perfectly. Workers arrived on time. Finished the job in 2 and half hours. I would use this company again. They clean up after themselves and wear booties so that they won't track in dirt and mess up your home. Very considerate and polite.

Came out to do the job, saw we still had some construction going on, and they encouraged us to delay the cleaning, until we were done. All this to ensure, no construction debris would be left behind. We rescheduled, they were very accommodating, and now are ducts are clean.

Went real well, only issue was clean up wasn't very thorough. My wife had to re-vacuum the house. We also kept getting a good bit of dust and dustballs blowing out of the ducts for the next week. Maybe that's inherent of the process.

The guy was nice. They came out and were supposed to be cleaning my vents and job did not turn out as expected. I had to do a bunch of clean up after them and one of the vents they took off pealed a big patch of paint off as well. They requested I ask for a refund. They did offer to pay for the repairs as well.
