They were out this morning and determined that no work was necessary.

I can't remember the exact price so I put in an estimate. They provided great service.

I purchased a Big Deal for duct cleaning. I had used him before, and he was great. He came out and let me know that the ducts actually did not need to be cleaned at this time. Great vendor, I'll be back.

Showed up on time and did the job, but did not provide the paper work they promised.

Two young men from The Duct Guys came to my house to clean my air vents. They were very professional, efficient and right on time.

They were pretty close to right on time, they were friendly, and professional.

Went well. They admitted that our ductwork wasn't that dirty and offered to clean the dryer vent as well at no charge. They were honest, and forthcoming. I've had other duct guys come in the past and they always want to upcharge you for additoinal portions of your duct system that weren't included in the price. But these guys were NOT like that. They did it all, no hassle, no haggle. Just good work with friendly guys.

I was glad the company was honest with me. They came out and complimented me on my housekeeping, as I did not need my ducts cleaned! Kevin is a really nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone and would use them in the future if needed.

They looked at all my vents and intakes and went down to look at the furnace. They said that the furnace had been worked on recently and they said that no work needed to be done.

I have been experiencing a warm upstairs level, and as we;ve only been in the house for a year and did not know the last time the ducts were cleaned, we suspected the ducts might be in need of cleaning. We looked on Angie's list for a deal and found the Duct Guys deal, as they came highly rated. The Duct Guys came out just when they said they would, took a look at the furnace duct and informed me that they were actually unusually clean. They said it would be immoral to charge us for cleaning when the service is not even close to being needed, which I greatly appreciated. I will certainly look to them to perform our duct cleaning the next time around. Very informative, helpful, and honest. Thank you, Angie's List, for introducing me to them. We moved 2 years ago into a large house which is about 10 years old. I checked Angie's List for highly rated companies to do Duct Cleaning, and signed up for a cleaning over the internet, purchasing a deal. The company called the same day to make an appointment, which was about a week later. The guys called shortly before arriving on time. First thing they wanted to do was to check the condition of the returns and some ducts, and furnace filters. The furnace filters were a little dirty, and the ducts were clean. After seeing the conditions, they gave us the option of cleaning the ducts or not cleaning them. There are 2 furnaces and over 30 heat registers in the house so it was a large job. I commend The Duct Guys for their integrity and honesty, and will use them in the future.

Two technicains came out and needed to come back out as they didn’t have the right equipment and rescheduled for two weeks later. They completed the work in about an hour and a half. It went really well. Communication was very good with them.

They were GREAT! They completed the dryer vent inspection and fixed some leaks. Because they didn't want to waste our money on cleaning vents before the mold & potential asbestos was thrown into the air when the furnace starts, they recommended coming back after that was cleaned up! We are now (as I am writing this) having the floors & water damaged walls taken care of...will call the Duct Guys back when we are done! Thanks "GUYS" for recommending a plan and taking care of our dryer vent problem!

We used the Angie's list "deal" and it was a five-star experience. We ordered the duct cleaning about two-months before we should have due to being mid-way through a total house renovation. Kevin advised us to wait until all of the drywall had been finished and painted. When finished we called to set a date with Kristina and the job was performed flawlessly. The technicians were very professional and could not do enough to please us. Communication through Angie's messaging was prompt and efficient. We would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them.

They opened up the furnace and vents and told me it was too clean. Last done 2 years ago or more and it looks clean to do! Honesty was great!

I decided to purchase the $199 for Home Air Duct Cleaning with Sanitizing and Dryer Vent Cleaning - The Big Deal. I must say that the only reason why I did it was because I recently purchased my home and ignored whether the ducts had been cleaned or not by the previous owner. Today I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Kevin Warren from "The Duct Guys LLC".After thoroughly examining all grills and vents as well as the house's crawl space where the furnace is located, Mr. Warren concluded that ducts are clean and in good shape and are not in need of any service. He patiently explained me details and recommended having the ducts checked and cleaned in 3 years. I want you to know and register on your system that, on top of being an extremely kind individual, I was deeply impressed by Mr. Warren's professional honesty, and I think he deserves to be commended by Angie's List in any way you can. In an industry of many deceptions like Home Service is, you should be proud of having him and his company on your list of providers and wished every single provider acted like him. It adds to your name and brand's reliability. I understand that your company might not appreciate refunding sales but I suggest looking carefully into Mr. Warren's example as a row model for other providers to follow - if the job is in fact not needed, it shouldn't be performed; sometimes customers order a home service as a prevention against problems when in fact it is not needed, like in my case; this shouldn't be a reason for them to be taken advantage of... Maybe Angie's List could study a way of motivating its providers to give free estimates before performing a job, even when it's being offered as The Big Deal. Or maybe the provider could be allowed to charge your customer a small trip fee, in case the job is not needed. I'm sure your team of thinkers could come with some good ideas... Fact is, next time "The Duct Guys LLC" shows up on a new Angie's List deal that I can use it, I will certainlly do it without hesitation.

The service was fast and efficient. They even fixed a loose vent for me. They were very professional and Kevin, the owner of the company was here the whole time. My neighbor and I both decided we needed our vents cleaned at the same time so she found the Duct Guys thru AAA and I checked them out on Angie's List and they had really great reviews in both places. We were not disappointed!

This is our first house and the first service we've had done to our house and overall, it was a painless experience. I purchased a deal to have our air ducts cleaned and in less than 24 hours, received a message to schedule the appointment. Initially, the appointment was for just a few days out but an emergency on the company's end required us to reschedule. They came out on a weekend to get the work done and were able to fit it into our availability. They were about a half an hour late, but called in advance to tell us. They showed my husband where the furnace filter was (first-time home buyer here) and cleaned it out for us. They cleaned out all the air ducts (about 15) and the dryer vent in about an hour and a half. We will likely call them again in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

We had just moved into a new home and figured the air ducts would need cleaning, so we scheduled it. The two men that showed up were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They went through the house checking all of the vents, then took a look at the furnace. They informed us that our air ducts were very clean and did not need cleaning. We took their advice to not have service now, and plan on using them at a later date for our air duct cleaning needs. We appreciate their honesty very much.

On time and ready to go. Non intrusive and was beyond considerate with respect to our home, took shoes off and cleaned up afterwards. I was very interesting in just watching the procedure and they were happy to let me watch and get in the way. Your air ducts are gross... trust me... even in a nice house these suckers are nasty and if it's a new build you can bet there will be building materials in there like sheet rock a screws and carpet scraps. Glad I had the service done and especially glad it was performed by these folks. Oh, one last thing, what they pulled from the dryer vents were scary, there was blockage and we had noticed that drying time was taking to cycles... turns out we were in danger of starting a fire with all the lint. After the service we don't even need a full drying cycle anymore which is saving us electricity!

Very professional and courteous. Arrived a little ahead of schedule and called to confirm it was ok. Inspected my ducts and vent and found all to be in good order. Will definitely refer and again.
