They were fast and efficient.

They were on time for my appointment and also called within the two business as stated on Angie's List. They came out and inspected my duct work and dryer vent and informed me that they were already very clean and didn't need servicing. They gave me the option of keeping the deal and using it later or contacting Angie's List for a full refund. He also advised he could clean it if I wanted the service completed. I felt they were very informative and honest and would definitely recommend them to others.

Roof guy arrived as planned and performed the inspection quickly. He also did a small calking job during this service.

Two gentlemen showed up on time. They were very pleasant to work with. They went right to work. They worked quickly and effectively. When they were done, they reviewed their work with me. It was a very good experience and I will certainly ask them back when I need their services again.

It went well; I would recommend them to anyone. Scheduling them was difficult, but when they came out they found more problems and fixed it for me in a professional matter.

To me, this business is highly unprofessional and is either trying to hide their prices by not answering specific questions, or just can't communicate well. Through 9 (yes, NINE) back and forth emails, I tried to get an understanding as to what 16 vents and 2 returns would cost. I didn't think this kind of work was rocket science but there was obviously a communication problem that got confusing as at one point, I was told "Returns count as a vent we do not charge extra for returns. If you have 16 vents/returns the total price if you buy the Angie's List deal of 315.00 would be a total of 327.00 for and the air duct cleaning.." Huh? That completely contradicts itself... wouldn't it have been $351? I couldn't tell if they were being confusing due to communication or if they were trying to be sly. But I decided to give it one last try asking why it was so hard to get a clear quote? So I again stated exactly what we had and just wanted a total price in writing. I then got an email from the owner who was quite upset at my obvious annoyance where he explained "If you have 16 supply vents and 2 return vents that means you have a total of 18 vents.". But then went on to say that I was rude and he wouldn't be giving me a quote and didn't want to do business with me. Wow, because your employee can't explain your business clearly and give specific quotes, and a potential customer gets annoyed because it took 9 emails? I wasn't trying to be rude but admit I was annoyed. Who wouldn't? I also had tried to be helpful during this transaction by emailing the wave file of the voicemail they left that was so scratchy I couldn't understand anything beyond the first name, and only way I knew it was them because of my caller-id. In that last email, the owner called me out on that it WAS clear to understand. Wow. I was just trying to help with letting you know you had bad interference on your line so you had a chance to fix it. I could absolutely not understand it.

Guys came on a Saturday afternoon, went down into crawlspace, took a look, and gave me a quote to replace what I knew to be an unacceptable and clogged dryer duct. Upon my approval, they went about their work and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. They added the outside vent so that critter can not get into the duct and our house.

Kevin Warren and his partner arrived promptly and took a look at our ducts and furnace. Showed me with a flashlight evidence that the ducts had been cleaned within the last 12-16 mos. (we just moved into the house and weren't sure.) Took a look at a number of other ducts just to verify. Said we wouldn't need a cleaning for another 4 years or so.

We have had a lot of workers coming to our house over the last 6 months for various home projects and Kevin and his crew were by far the most professional. When Kevin came out the first time, he recommended we hold off until our new carpet was installed because of all the dust that would be stirred up. I really appreciate that he wanted to do the job right, even though his crew had to come out again. They were always right on time, courteous, and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend The Duct Guys if you want real professionals who will do the job right and for a competitive price.

They made an appointment, came out on time, and after an inspection realized that I didn't need the service. They even showed me a picture of the ducts to prove that. I really appreciate their honesty, and will call them in the future when I do need them cleaned.

I purchased an Angie's deal on Sept 10 to have our air ducts cleaned by the Duct Guys (for $230). This deal included 15 vents and a free dryer vent cleaning. I corresponded with Kristina via the Angie's List site messaging to clarify the additional cost since we had 16 vents. (Extra vents were $12 each). Kristina called me the next day to schedule the appointment. The first morning they had available was 9/29 so I took it. On 9/29, Kevin and his assistant arrived promptly. Kevin immediately went to check on the furnace and told me there was moisture and rust on the A/C unit and we should have that checked and fixed before he cleaned anything. He didn't charge us anything extra for a wasted trip and I much appreciate that. We had the clogged PVC pipe fixed 10/6 by another service provider. I called on 10/8 to reschedule with Kristina. The soonest appointment available was Sunday 10/19 in the afternoon which I took. She said with our number of vents it should take about 2.5 - 3 hours and we were expecting the crew to arrive between 2 and 4 pm. Around 11:30 am on the scheduled day, I received a message asking if the crew could come earlier, in about in hour. I said okay. The guys arrived and were finished in about 2 hours. They are efficient and friendly. And apparently the returns counted as vents so it cost an extra $36 not $12 but that was okay. Overall I think they did a good job. The only negatives for my were the length of time it took from my initial call until the job was done (part of which was our fault) and that they forgot to reinstall our furnace filters. We turned on the heat several days after our service date and we realized about half and hour later they had not reinstalled the reusable filters. They were still setting on top of our furnace. I was told not to clean them a head of time because the guys would do that for us. I'm hoping they did because it was hard to tell. I'm thankful the furnace was only running 30 minutes before my husband noticed the error. I wasn't sure where to take off points for that so I went with "professionalism."

We took a deal to clean our ducts--but then found out that they were not in need of cleaning. Great company--I appreciate the honesty.

They were so honest. They went downstairs and opened up the ducts and there was no dust in there. I really appreciated that they told us the work didn't need to be done and didn't try to do it anyway. The two guys that came out were Matt and Derek.

I contacted them to come out. When they came they were unable to complete it due to my vents being wrapped in asbestos. The machine they use would’ve made our vents shake thus allowing the asbestos to pollute the air which is a hazard to our health. They were not honoring the deal due to it being a hazard their health as well.

These folks are terrific. I signed up for an Angie deal to get my heater ducts and dryer duct cleaned for $199. Even though I have not had my ducts cleaned in seven years, Kevin Warren, the owner, took a look and said the furnace ducts would not need cleaning for another two or three years (I don't use my furnace or air conditioning very often). The dryer duct was another story -- it desperately needed cleaning and Kevin risked life and limb to access the duct from my slippery deck and took care of it quickly. Although it was not included in the job, Kevin fixed a louvre on the vent that had gotten stuck. Kevin and his assistant arrived on time, were friendly and professional (even my shy cat took to Kevin!) and most importantly were honest enough to get me a refund for work that I had already paid for but didn't need. They could have just cleaned the ducts and I never would have known the difference. Kevin's honesty saved me $110 and earned Duct Guys my loyalty as a customer.

They were prompt and friendly. They worked quickly and explained what they were going to do before they started. They ran into a complication and the owner was quick to respond, show up and take care of the issue. The only downside to their work is that they left the area around all of the vents and the furnace quite dirty. I'm glad I hadn't cleaned my floors before they came.

No surprises. They were in and out in less than an hour with no fuss or muss.

Showed up on time, had proper equipment, moved fast, cleaned after, friendly guys. Pretty basic and a good deal.
