Excellent customer service! I had to reschedule my appointment and the Duct Guys were very accommodating. I will call them again and will recommend their company to others.

I don't know that I could give you an comprehensive rating on the work itself. The air vents were full of carpet debris from the previous owners installing new carpet before we moved in.. I was not given any information nor was I educated before or afterwards, as to the status of the work needed to be done. We have quite a few vents throughout the house so I went off price and reviews. They were very clean, non disruptive and quick. Other than that all I can say is: the vents had visual dust and debris, now they do not.

They came today and said that we don’t need the ducts cleaned, so we're getting a refund. That was awesome that they were honest and didn’t just do it anyway.

I bought a big deal for this service and they were great. They were good, easy going and completely prompt. They told us that we probably don't need to do it for another several years so it was nice to get the feedback of what our frequency should be. That was great to hear because now I know we don't have to do it yearly. The work conditions were not the best for them and they had to crawl around in this one basement area so they were really cool about it. I really liked that. They were great and did exactly what they needed to do. They were easy.

VERY WELL! I would use this service again and probably should. The house has a funny duct system (built in the 70's) that took a while for him to figure out and it was COMPLETELY clogged due to the unusual configuration. What I really liked was that I didn't have to hear about how I should have done it sooner (which I should have) and that he said that I should watch it for a few loads to make sure that the first few loads didn't dislodge something in a bend and reclog it (he said to call him if the air flow didn't remain steady and that he come right back out and recheck it). I've already told friends about this service.

Scheduling was good. They were very professional, quick and polite.

They were prompt in returning calls and messages, called ahead of time when they were on their way to our house, and as stated above, did not provide the service because it was not needed.

The Duct Guys LLC came to my house. He inspected, and found that I didn’t need the cleaning service. They are really honest. I thanked them. Most companies would have just wanted the money.

It was fabulous. They came out really quick and they did a great job. They were prompt and they called me to let me know that they fished a previous job early and arrived a little sooner which I was okay with. They were very polite and respectful in the house. They were careful with my cats. They got the job done in about 60-90 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin showed up and was super courteous. We scheduled a visit later in the evening, and were very thankful that The Duct Guys were able to accommodate our schedule. He and his partner's pleasant demeanor made me very relaxed since a home remodel can be frustrating and stressful. I showed them all of the ducts, air returns, and furnace and they got right to work. Overall, it took about an hour and a half to brush and vacuum out all the ducts. I can't give The Duct Guys enough praise as to their professionalism and friendliness. I am DEFINITELY going to recommend them in the future. Words can't explain the value of really nice people.

They were great. They really did a great and through job. It definitely improved the air quality in the house. They came right away. I think the cost was the same as the big deal, I don?t think we bought any additional. We are not really trying to get the cheapest service instead we wanted to get a good service.

I recently noticed that the register in one of my bedrooms wasn't putting out as much air as it should have, and that it took a long time for it to heat up to comfort level during the recent sub-freezing weather. I originally contacted my normal HVAC dealer about this job. They wanted $112 per hour, plus one way travel time, plus materials. I took another look around Angie's and found Duct Guys (Kevin). I cancelled the HVAC appointment and arranged with Kevin for a free estimate. He called and showed up exactly when he said he would. I suggested that if he found anything that needed fixing to just do it, since I figured that the crawl was about half the battle. He and his brother went under the house (not a fun place to go), quickly found where the problem duct had been separated, and fixed it. I also asked them to do what they could with the insulation the plumber had left down when my shower was installed, and he said they normally try to fix any minor insulation issues they come across while they are under the house. Finally, the access door to the crawlspace needed to be replaced. I had cut and painted the new door in advance, so theoretically it was just a few screws. It was a lot tougher than that, and took quite awhile. They were great guys to deal with--pleasant and no nonsense--kind of like the best contractors you used to find. I actually wish he had charged me more--I would have happily paid it. Heartily recommend.

They were great! They were patient in answering the questions I had up front, they showed up on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and just handled everything the whole way through like pros. Would definitely recomend them.

LOVE this company. This is the second time I have hired this company to clean my air ducts. Initially work was great. Bought a big deal for them to clean ducts again. They came to my home as scheduled, said I did not need the ducts cleaned. I got a full refund.
