We had a broken duct, and they did not have the part with them. They returned with the right part (no charge for us), and proceeded with the cleaning. They were great!

I really wish I called these guys first! I have a rental condo where the dryer wasn't working correctly. I knew it had to do with the air flow. After struggling with trying to install a vent between the dryer and the wall of something other than the flexible tube stuff (it is a very tight space), I gave these guys a call. From the moment they answered the call, they were very professional and helpful. I explained what I needed, and luckily they had availability that week (otherwise, would have waited about another week, which isn't bad). I coordinated between them and my tenant, they arrived and cleaned out the vent (which I guess was really bad) and created a new vent. The dryer works perfectly. Problem solved and everyone is happy..

They were fabulous. They even found a problem with the venting with our dryer. Thanks to their help we stopped a fire hazard. We did not know when we bought the house that the dryer vent was just venting into our foundation wall. My husband was able to fix the problem after the Duct Guys discovered they could not find the exit vent to our dryer.

Workers arrived timely. Duct cleaning appears thorough and well done. With discount coupon through Angie's List it was an amazing deal. Suggestion: if you have custom made or delicate vent covers, take them out yourself beforehand.

Kevin and Derek began the cleaning process and found that the dryer hose was completely blocked. They investigated further and found a blockage as well as broken dryer hose. They removed the blockage and replaced the broken section. They connected the vent to the hose securely. They are both very professional, hard working, and effective. The additional $40 to get the hose fixed was very reasonable.

They called to tell me when they were coming and were on time. They were polite and nice. I like this company and would recommend them.

We have cleaner ducts. I would tell a friend that they were efficient and reasonably priced.

How often does someone offer to do an estimate and basically tell you you don't need any work done right now? Virtually never. But these guys explained everything they were checking to me, including the quality of previous cleanings. It was clear that a cleaning isn't needed at this time, but I will definitely be giving my business to them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Derek did an excellent job cleaning our vents in 2 different homes. He was prompt, knowledgable and did an excellent job explaining what was done. Well done.

..I signed up for an Angies List special to have all my heating ducts and dryer ducts cleaned for $199.00. But it turns out the heating ducts didn't need it (the dryer ducts needed it desperately!) They reduced the price to $89 and just cleaned the dryer ducts. If they had gone ahead with an unnecessary cleaning of the heater ducts, I never would have known the difference. But their honesty -- along with their professionalism -- earned them my highest rating.

Cleaned and vacuumed the supply and return vents for the HVAC. Made sure the vent grills were clean and properly reinstalled. Removed a ton of pet hair and lint from both of our dryer vents.

The first time they came out there was a concern about asbestos, and they would not clean out the ducts until it was tested and removed if necessary. After testing and encasing all ducts, the Duct Guys came back, verified with the tester that everything was alright and proceeded to clean out all the ducts and returns. Then tested the furnace fan to make sure it was working. They put everything back after moving stuff and were finished in a few hours.

Excellent! They squeezed me during an Angie's List special where they were slammed by the response. Our ducts were so dirty from previous owners and construction that was happening at the house that my chest was tight and my lungs were irritated from all the dirt and debris. I am grateful and will definitely use them again.

The home inspector had cautioned us about some "drooping" ducts in the crawl space of our recently purchased home. However we had no idea how serious the problem was until Duct Guys tried to clean the ducts and couldn't get suction. It was clear that we weren't getting the air circulation that we needed for heating and cooling. The home inspector hadn't been exaggerating the problem! Additionally, the dryer ducting was too wide for the dryer vent and tons of lint had accumulated. The ducting width needed to be corrected by having a new ducts installed. Duct Guys accommodated me in their busy schedule, promising to return just days later to fix the problem even though it would take 4 hours and 4 laborers. They were good on their word: they arrived at 4PM in the afternoon and worked into the evening to get the job done so that our duct cleaning would be completed before our move-in date. We have already noticed a difference in the quality of the air--the musty/dusty smell is gone. We get great air movement out of our main floor vents that previously had maybe been allowing 20-30% air through. The Duct Guys were friendly, professional and trustworthy. Their prices were absolutely fair and I paid exactly what they quoted me. I appreciated their integrity. I am happy to recommend them and use their services in the future.

They did a great job, and answered my questions, and were under their estimate in the price, and even took a few pictures of an area i was interested in while down in the crawlspace! Very pleased with the experience and would recommend them!

Excellent! These guys were great. Would definitely hire again. It's been so long since the service was done I don't recall how much it cost. Sorry, DuctGuys - I just never got around to it. I am finally doing the review since I am getting tired of being bugged by AngiesList every time I log in.

A-plus-plus. These are the people you want to clean your ducts. Kevin was right on time, very clean, very considerate, very helpful. Explained everything he was doing and left everything in good shape. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the service.

They were great. I would say that worked out very well and I would recommend them very highly. It was just performed a week ago mainly that was because of our preference in scheduling. It was not because we had a hard time getting a schedule. They were great. There were no additional charges to the $199 Big Deal. That was my first time using them. I like that they were punctual, very courteous, and did a very good and efficient job.
