Description of Work: The Duct Guys did a great job cleaning out all the ducts in the house AND found and fixed a problem with the ductwork underneath the house. They also advised me on where to find replacements for my odd-sized furnace filters and offered to order the filters for me at their price.

Description of Work: Here is what happened - we had the flu at our house the day of the appointment, October 17th, so I called to reschedule and Kevin promised to call me back. We need to reschedule.

Company owner said he didn't think the ducts were that dirty anyway and he said to just get a refund. Very pleasant and accomodating & I would use this company again &/or recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They were a bit difficult to get a hold of on the phone. They did not return calls for days and my calls almost always went to voicemail. That being said, their service at our home was excellent and thorough and there were no hidden charges.

Description of Work: I had the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned as a special with Angies List. They did a very good job and the owner stopped by to see that it was done to my satisfaction. I asked and they showed me the results of there work. Job well and professionally done.

Description of Work: My wife"s nose was bothered by dust blow out from duct vents when it is started to use the furance on since last spring. We looked up the Angie's List and found Duct Guys and it had discount coupon grabbed. Gave them a call and make an appointment date on saturday. They came here on time. And we explained that bothered by dust in the house. They started right away to vacuumed the vents in whole house and dryer vent,too. Also they explained and showed me how to water hose the furance filters dust out. Their service is great friendly and communication patiently with us as we are a deaf couple. In the few days later we are very happy no more bothered by dust blow out from duct vents!

Description of Work: The crew of two arrived as they promised on 12/6 and did a walk through and noticed they needed additional equipment. They agreed to return on 12/7 and actually arrived early. They completed the job in the time period estimated. They also made some recommendations that should improve heating cost and provided information on how to purchase better fitting filters. We were very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: cleaned my furnace ducts and cold air returns--I have an old house and some of the ducts are metal and I thought they needed to be replaced. Kevin told me if the heat was flowing well, they did not need to be replaced. They checked and fixed one air duct vent that was not hooked up. Very thorough...explained what he was doing as he went along I was very pleased and will use them again and recommend them

Description of Work: I've been having problems with my dryer (which is still under warranty), and the repairman said we needed to have the ducting/venting system looked at, even though we did not have problems with our previous dryer. I called The Duct Guys and they were able to come out the next day and thoroughly inspect our duct work, going down in the crawl space and using a camera scope. They did not recommend we make any changes and said the duct work was clean. They were prompt, professional, easy to talk to, and best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the consultation! We have our duct work cleaned every two years, and will absolutely use the Duct Guys next time we are due for a cleaning.

Description of Work: We had a birds nest in our dryer vent. The vent is located 2 full stories above the ground. Kevin responded immediately to my email and he was out the next day. He had a ladder that fit the job and he had to carry that ladder down several steps. He cleaned out the nest and cleaned the entire vent. Did a great job. I would hire again.
