Description of Work: Was not willing to replace 4 glass windows for me. He felt the job was to small for his time. Not very impressed. ($200)

+ -1 moreExcellent service. Ed was on time, very professional, and worked with us to help keep costs down. Specifically he let us know we could save a few hundred dollars by bringing in the removable windows to get a lower "shop rate" vs. the on-site rate, and also was able to repair rather than replace a damaged frame where someone had bent it with a prybar trying to break it. They returned the same day I dropped the windows off as promised, and replaced the fixed windows as well. I'm considering follow on work for screens as they were the best price I found as well as providing superior and friendly service.
Description of Work: Had glass replaced in 11 double-pane insulated windows where the seals were bad - 7 sliding windows and 4 frame windows. Repaired one damaged/bent frame.

+ -1 moreCalled Standard Glass Company on a Friday afternoon and someone came out and took measurements and said they had to special order the window and it would be in on Monday. The window didn't come in on Monday, so Standard Glass Company installer went and picked it up from the window company because it wasn't going to be delivered until late Tuesday night. The installer arrived Tuesday afternoon and had the window installed within an hour. Standard Glass Company was quick, polite, and professional. The only reason I gave them a B on the price was I thought it was high, but then again I didn't compare the prices of other companies. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken living room window.

+ -1 moreTHE COST WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED BUT WE CHOSE A SPECIALTY ANTIQUE GLASS. THEY TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY, AND WERE COMPLETED IN JUST A COUPLE DAYS.
