Sandy Electric, Inc

I decided to use David Jones of Sandy Electric based upon the personal recommendation from someone who had engaged his services previously and was very satisfied. I called and described the problem I was having. The initial response I received was "I'm a one-man shop and I'm very busy right now". I suppose I should have read this as a sign that my business was not really important. However, since I had a personal recommendation, I accepted a service visit date a week out. After I had waited a week for my appointment, David Jones did not arrive at the agreed upon time. After waiting 30 minutes, I called him and he informed me he had an emergency call come up. He said that he had tried to call me to reschedule, but there was no record of his call in my caller ID and he left no message. He then told me that he would reschedule me to the afternoon and call when he was on his way. The appointed hour of the rescheduled service came and went with no phone call. I tried to call three times, getting only voicemail. I finally left a message canceling my request for service. I can only conclude that he did not want my business. I only wish he would have been forthright enough to tell me this in our first phone conversation as it would have saved me a tremendous amount of pointless wating.
