Professional, polite service. trouble shooting was fast and the repair was equally fast. My issue was with the price. He showed up at 3 and left at 5:30 and the cost was $1,500. $500 per hour is not a fair rate.

I recently had a septic tank emergency: a complete blockage of the toilets and all other out flowing water lines. I made my initial calls from Angie's List. When I got to James of Mt. Hood Septic, I liked what I heard and hired him. He came out the next morning, pumped the tank and cleared the blocked pipe. I thought he would charge extra for clearing the blockage - it wasn't easy -- but he didn't. I could not be happier with the service provided by this company. James is the best kind of entrepreneur: a hard working, honest man who knows what he's doing.

Our 40-year old septic tank needed immediate replacement along with two damaged D-boxes and lines. After James camera-inspected the system, he promptly contacted us to give us a fair quote, explained what needed to be done, and scheduled the repairs. He and his crew worked hard into the night to complete the installation and repairs, and came back the next day to make sure the D-boxes were level. They promptly backfilled the trenches within hours of the new tank passing inspection. The entire process went smoothly and lightning fast. James took photographs of the new lines, boxes, and tank for our records. And when the project was finished, they left the work area spotless. We're very thankful for James, John, John Jr. and the entire crew for their knowledge, integrity, honesty, work ethic, and general amiable demeanor. We highly recommend Mt. Hood Septic.

He provided detailed explanations, accommodated my requests where possible, and provided advice when my way wasn't best, frequently checking to see if I was pleased with the work in progress. Had tank pumped, had a lot of gray crust, needed to know if it had gotten to distribution boxes and into drain field. James located the boxes and everything was good, since he was here we shot the drain field looking for roots and other intrusions, all is good.
