Called and scheduled an appointment to evaluate my situation. The problem was exactly what the person making the appointment thought. The tech had the repair equipment on his truck. 30 minutes later my problem was solved. Everything happened exactly as planned. We are very happy with the outcome.

I would have given each category 5 stars if the worker cleaned up the sawdust and wood chips left after installing a deadbolt. Nevertheless, LoW was timely, friendly, professional, and efficient. I'd use them again.
