I urge you to drop this account from your advisory group. They performed very shoddy workmanship and overcharged for work. I purchased the dead bolt they replaced but still charged me for the dead bolt. Refused to call back when we telephoned to inquire about work and overcharge. If you don' remove this account I will not use your services again. Please contact me and tell me what your response is. We have disputed this charge with Chase Bank.

Easy peasy and friendly

I live near Newberg Oregon, which has less available services than more metropolitan communities. Herb was a friendly capable individual who showed up when promised. I needed a defective doorknob replaced.. He also tried to save me money by keeping the deadbolt, but it was also on its last legs. And, he reversed the deadbolt and door latch holes which had been installed incorrectly. The price seemed a little spendy to me ($196), but the service was outstanding. The cost was probably partly due to where my home is located.

They were able to fix a lock I thought was not repairable

Liz was very personable and knowledgeable of her job. When she didn't have the right size spring to fix our door, she made one that fit and works perfectly. That is superior service.

Simply cannot say enough good things about our experience with Locks on Wheels. Flexible on appointment time, arrived on schedule, completed the job with a minimum of noise. Charges were very reasonable, too. Highly recommend!
