Got an appointment in a timely manner. Marty and Herb are very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. They resolved my issue immediately. Shall definitely keep them on my list of pros for the next time I need a locksmith!

We are very pleased with Locks on wheels. Liz was on time and knowledgeable. She fixed 4 lever handle doors that had various issues. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them for all our lock issues.

Quick, congenial, efficient!

Locks on Wheels called me within a couple hours of sending a request. They were prompt, very service oriented and got our issue fixed fast. They had us send a picture of the lock ahead of time and the moment they arrived they knew what was wrong and resolved it. I would hire them again with any lock related issues.

Was quick, changed the locks and then had me double to make sure the keys would work in all of the 10 locks. Great service

I appreciated that Duane had the forethought to have me send a picture of the lock so that they could see in advance what it would reqire to be fixed. This saved time and money. They did a good job and only replaced the part that was faulty.

stayed with it, working on finding the right part-- a new door handle. installation went well. Bad weather was the only delay but they still meant the deadline

Liz saw that that the broken door lock parts could not be replaced and said I'd just have to keep using the stick to block the sliding door. She said since she couldn't fix the lock, there would be no charge.

Great work but didn t realize I d be paying emergency service rate.

The situation that was presented to LOW was daunting. I needed to replace lock on sliding doors of 1980 vintage - a style and mechanism that is no longer in common use. Based on text pictures alone the technician worked diligently to find the parts from a company back East . They took their time shipping it but LOW were able to be install the locks within a day of receiving them. There is no substitution for experience and great customer service. I would dare say LOW could handle the more 'routine' lock issues quite handily

Didnt realize they would charge for the journey out there $95 weren't able to re-key the storm door or the overhead. the work they did was good though, just think the pricing was bu@#8h@t

Herb, the manager, returned my call within minutes of my posting. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Also, Jason, the lock technician did the work expertly, quickly and exhibited the highest kind of service and courtesy. I would highly recommend. Customer service like this was beyond my expectations and this was my first experience with Home Advisor and I was very impressed.

Can't really blame them for charging the going rate for any service anymore, but 5X the price for the replacement part was a bit steep.
