Herb was very responsive to my request and came out the same day I called, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Then a couple days later, I locked myself out of the house and he came right away, even though it was after 5, to get me back in. He and his partner are very nice and responsive. I would definitely call him again.

He didnt finish the project and left it in very bad shape i will not order this service anymore very dissapointed with the service. He told me he will be back to finish it and did not show up at all or call me and let me know i had called him lot of time and got no response i had to call other service.

Although Liz wasn't able to re-key our locks the first visit, she came two additional times to get the job done that she said she was going to complete. The locks were not difficult but they are not typical locks and required some research. When one spring wasn't correct, she purchased more and came back to correct the problem. It's refreshing to work with folks in the service industry who have integrity and stand by the work they do. I would go back to Liz for any future lock needs.
