They did a wonderful, were personable and quick. They replaced 1 lock and were able to repair the other. I expected a very high cost , but was most definitely surprised. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give six stars, I would give them to Herb from Locks on Wheels, he was outstanding. He called me while I was still on the computer on the Home Advisor site. Gave me a review over the phone on worst case scenario expense for repairing/replacing a broken deadbolt lock with possible replacements of two door knobs. We set up an appointment that fit my schedule with a one hour window. On the scheduled day I noticed his business card by the door and realized the number matched a call I missed on my cellphone the day before when I was working, I called and learned we had misunderstood the date. He was apologetic for the mix up and was able to fit me in the same day, arrived on time, replaced my deadbolt and checked the other door knobs and re keyed them. Since I didn't have to replace everything, the entire job cost less than the initial worst case estimate. Excellent, efficient, prompt, courteous service by a knowledgeable locksmith. Will definitely call again with any lock problem and highly recommend his service.

Called a competitor first. Its serviceman admitted he had never made this type of repair before. Quoted me a price of $200. I declined and call Locks on Wheels. Its technician knew exactly what to do. Made the repair in 30 minutes and charged $75. Excellant work and a pleasant smile. Hire them again if needed. You should use their services.

Came out on the same day and fixed a door latch that wouldn't allow the door to lock. Job was complete within 10 or 15 minutes. Excellent service. I would hire them again.
