HOODLAND APPLIANCE

The owner of Hoodland Appliance, Robert Johnson made an appointment to look at my refrigerator for the next day after I called. He arrived promptly and went to work. Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within a half hour it was fixed and I was advised how the problem occurred and how to avoid this happening in the future. Of the $109 I was charged, only $30 was for the repair. Because I am located in a rural location, 6 miles off of a major road I didn't consider the price of the house call excessive. Over the years, I have dealt with Mr. Johnson in the purchasing of two major appliances and one other repair situation other than the above mentioned refrigerator. He has given me excellent prices on the two purchases and timely, quick, expert repair service at very fair cost to me on the two repair services. I highly recommend Hoodland Appliance and Robert Johnson.

He could not find any thing wrong. He tried every test on it, and stayed long enough to do a thorough check, but was considerate of not wasting my money. (I had hired someone else first that I felt didn't look hard enough)

He has over 40 years of experience and that is obvious when you see his work. They were quick to respond. efficient, neat, and saved me money, They could have easily gotten more money out of me by making me buy another washer, but they fixed the one I had and left it running like new. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
