I waited for a week and never even received a phone call looking for a time to come by. I contacted another vendor on Angie's List and they are coming the next day to perform the work.
Description of Work: Did not even get a call from the person that was supposed to give an estimate.

+ -1 moreShannon came on time for the estimate, but the installation crew showed up 4 hours late. I called and was told they would be here shortly, that they were picking up supplies, but they didn't arrive for another 2 hours. When they did arrive, they got right to work and did a wonderful job. We are real please with how the job turned out. We would recommend them even though they were late, but I think next time they should call and let the customer know that they are running late and give them a new time of arrival!
Description of Work: We had Shannon's crew install new 5K gutters, downspouts, and Premier Gutter Covers on our house and our garage.

+ -1 moreShannon was professional and knowledgeable. Call it a cosmic coincidence, but the gutters on the original part of the house were installed by this company, hired by the original home owners. (I didn't know this at the time.) They did the work exactly as we had agreed, and on the date set, and left absolutely zero mess. I would not have known the crew was at the house, except that I had new gutters! I felt the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: The project was fairly small, install additional (and matching) gutters on a portion of the house that was an addition. This was a breezeway, attached garage and a second garage on another part of our lot.
