Description of Work: Serviced furnace and gas fireplace.

Description of Work: Originally just going to give my heating system a tuneup but ended up finding out that it had problems with the thermostat. They installed a new thermostat very efficiently and all it working great. Much faster than other companies in returning my initial help request (within two days) and scheduled the work very quickly too (within 7 days of contact). Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Salem area.

Description of Work: Lost heating in our home 2/6 (Wed) need to be replaced. Woodward came out and did a walk through and said he could get back to us next Monday which was unacceptable, we had no heat.

Description of Work: We scheduled an air duct cleaning and gave them all of the spec's on our home (# of registers, square footage, etc) and had to wait over a month for an appointment. The price was right, so we felt it was worth the wait, however, they called one day before our scheduled service to cancel. We were rescheduled the following week and at that time, we reviewed the size of our house, # of registers, and other details, however, when they showed up they came with the wrong equipment and left after 10 minutes assuring us they would return as soon as possible to complete the job with the right equipment. They knew our heat had been turned off in anticipation of the cleaning, they saw the space heaters & the children, not to mention the chilly termperature in our house. They called the next day to let us know that they would not be returning until the following week. At that point we cancelled entirely. Waste of time!
