It went extremely well. Andrew is always professional and does an excellent job. We originally discovered him when we needed minor roof repair in one if the valleys on the roof. We were impressed enough that when my husband was finally unable to clean the roof himself, we hired Andrew. We Hire him 3-4 times a year as we have numerous fir trees and one large oak that play havoc with the roof. I cannot speak to price as Andrew is the only person to ever clean our roof, but he always does an excellent job, so it seems very worth the cost. We would not hesitate to recommend his services. Andrew responded to my request for assistance within an hour of my calling him. He came out to assess the damage within 3 hours. He scheduled the work within a few days (in the same week that I called him). He arrived as scheduled and finished the work within a few hours. The tree limb had pierced the roof, going through shingles, underlying plywood and broke a 2x4. Andrew replaced all of the above. He is very easy to communicate with, told me what the job would entail and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

There is no substitute for experience. Andy has over 30 years in detecting and repairing roof leaks. He immediately determined where the leak originated, even without being able to see under the roof. (This is a manufactured home with no crawl space). There were 2 attempts by another roofer to seal the area, but did not attempt to actually find the leak.

My clay tile roof was installed when my house was built in 1988. I bought the house eight years ago from an estate sale. I had no idea of whether the roof had been cleaned or otherwise maintained. Knowing that clay tile roofs are expensive to install but last a very long time if properly maintained I wanted to have it professionally evaluated and maintained. Andrew worked on my roof for two days. He adjusted his schedule so he could complete his work before the rainy season began. He worked professionally and diligently and cleaned up the debris afterwards. I chose him because of his previous work experience as a clay tile roof installer gave me confidence in his the expertise which many local roofers lack. He answered my questions professionally and helped me understand the special issues involved in maintaining a clay tile roof. I did not seek competing bids because I felt he was the right person to work on my roof and I wanted the job done right the first time. Another plus in using him is that he only does roof repair so I felt I would get an honest answer regarding whether my clay tile roof needed replacement. After completing his work, he told me that roof was in good shape partly because whoever installed it did it properly by elevating the tiles over the eaves to prevent water damming and consequent rotting of the underlying wood. He said I wouldn't need his services for a long time. a

Andrew is very professional in every respect. He has maintained our tile roof for about seven years. We live under large fir trees. Andrew cleans the roof twice annually removing all needles and sprays with a moss preventive. Twice Andrew has repaired damaged areas caused by falling limbs, and on sever occasions located and repaired minor leaks. Andrew is not necessarily the least expensive but he is sure the best.

He's very reliable and skilled.
