I highly, highly, highly recommend Valley Roofing & Exteriors to you!! You could not ask for a better company. From start to finish, they were wonderful. They gave me an inspection, provided pictures, and confirmed that I needed a new roof as I had suspected. Having pictures to view though was extremely helpful, as well as an explanation of what was wrong. They then scheduled the work, immediately after a contract was signed and payment was given for half of the work, and completed my new roof in 4 days! It looks beautiful and the Valley Roofing crew work HARDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!! VERY, VERY HARD. You will not be disappointed. The price was reasonable, and they offer a lifetime guarantee on their work, and also explained to me the warranty provided by Malarkey who manufacture the shingles. I worked with their project manager, Joe Johnson. He is wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I really, really recommend them to you. You will get terrific work done, get all of your questions answered, and get a great price for your roof. They also do IMPECCABLE CLEAN UP. You will not have any debris around your house once they are finished. Really terrific!

Good value, excellent service, straight forward with answers. From start to finish, this company showed great knowledge, and professionalism in all matters pertaining to roof installation, and repair. All concerns and matters were handled on a very personal note, with respect to the high quality of work performed by several crews, performing several different tasks, and the worksite was cleaned everyday. Valley Roofing and Exteriors went to great lengths to go above and beyond, and took great care to see that problem spots were addressed accordingly, so there would be no future problems. The crews showed up on time, were very respectable to us and our neighbors, and finished a four day job in a very timely manner. We highly recommend their services.

We chose Valley Roofing based on the above and we liked the size of metal they use and the idea that they cut the pieces on site and their lifetime labor workmanship warranty. They contacted me & were going to make appointment to come down from Salem to look at the roof for an estimate. I decided to try to stay local. They were very polite & understanding which I appreciated.

Quoted $250. My remodel contractor did it for $150 plus a couple of other small tasks.

Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)

Valley Roofing communicated via e-mail and phone throughout the process. Pictures of the damage to the existing roof were also provided. If there is a problem with the new roof then Valley Roofing will take care of it at no additional charge.

They were prompt and they stayed on the job until it was completed. The people at Valley Roofing were very attentive to our needs, and their communication was excellent. Plus, they even came back to meet with us for a follow-up and walk-through after the job was finished! We would highly recommend Valley Roofing for your roofing needs.

The job took 4 days as it was misting rain the start of the first day. They made good progress and completed the job on time. I was pleased with the work and clean up afterward. The roof was 53 sq. Four skylights and venting was replaced.

A branch fell on our roof a while back, causing no visible damage but once the winter rains got going it turned out that there multiple small punctures. We literally got stiffed by another contractor (long story, and not one from Angie's List), but Valley Roofing got the job done at the quoted price, promptly and with professionalism. We'll be calling them again when it's time to replace the entire roof.

Once the work was scheduled, it was completed within a day. Due to weather, there was a delay and I had to call to find out why I was not called to schedule.

Very well. Jon and his team was very responsive. They worked fast and did a great job.

I asked this company for an estimate. Instead they did some work and sent me a bill without having talked with me. They only did some of the work needed and it wasn't done well according to another company that came and did all the work. I don't know if there was some unusual confusion, but it was a very odd experience.

Valley Roofing delivered as promised in the contract. The crew was responsive to my concerns while maintaining a respectful, “can-do” demeanor, with prompt and highly efficient productivity. I am completely satisfied and strongly recommend for other homeowners.

We needed to replace our 20 year old roof due to a couple of leaks. Our roof is large, complex, and steeply-pitched. Valley Roofing was outstanding in every way. I couldn't be more pleased with their work . All men on the job were very professional and concerned that everything was to our likeing . We have a lot of landscaping and they made sure everything was protected. Every night things was picked up and left as they had found them. I know something about construction and I can say that their workmanship is as good as I have ever seen. After everything was finished, John the owner, came out and cecked the roof and landscaping to make sure everythig was complete.

Everything that I was told would be done, was completed exactly as promised, including ahead of the time I figured it would take. I met the entire crew, all of which had just finished their long shift for the day, and yet, each introduced themselves, were not only professional but happy to be there. They enjoy their work and obviously proud of what they do. The entire property was cleaned thoroughly before leaving the job. I would most certainly recommend for anyone who need roof or gutter replacement! The final price was exactly what was quoted, and over $2,000 less than what was quoted for the same roof product by another roofing company.

John and his team were outstanding. John came out to the property multiple times answered a tremendous amount of questions and was a fantastic support through the entire thing. I was extremely impressed with how professional him and his team were and how well I was taken care of. John and Valley Roofing are invaluable and indispensable when it comes to anything that has to do with the roof! They went above and beyond. Cleaned the property up well after everything was done. John is even going to come out and do a few extra things of painting which is a huge help! So appreciate them and their quality work. Would recommend them time and time again.

Since having our roof replaced, we've hired a construction company to repair an upper deck and an ex-roofer to clean gutters. Both showed us where portions of the roof were not flashed correctly and that a gutter was not reattached correctly.
