+ -1 moreGreat customer service! Recently seen a couple of rats in our backyard and have had spiders and ants in the past. Valley Pest Control came right out and sprayed for spiders and ants. They also put a bait box out by our fence (away from our house) for the rats. I was really pleased with their punctuality (they came right out), their knowledge of pests, and they have safe, top of the line products they use.

+ -1 moreLuis came out to our house one hour after I called him. That was quite a surprise that he was so quick to answering my call. At the time I felt panicked. In our beautiful clean neighborhood where you would least expect to see a rat we suspected that we had some around our house. Luis immediately checked under our house, in our attic and around our house and confirmed that our suspicions were correct. With our permission he did his job perfectly. Not only did he remedy our rodent problem but more importantly to me I now have a sense of Relief that I’m not going to walk out in my backyard and see some big rodent running across the lawn. Thank you luis you are amazing!

+ -1 moreI had been with over companies who never really examined my problem in depth and their maintenance was minimal. I had ongoing recurrent mice intrusion and Trevor came out, took a long look at my situation, explained to me how he was going to fix it and how much time it would take. I haven't seen a mouse since. I use him for maintenance and I feel confident he is actually replacing the bait and checking the traps etc. This new company will hopefully set the bar for other pest control services in the Willamette Valley. Thanks!

I will definitely continue my my service with Valley Pest Control and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
