About us

We’ve served the Mid Willamette Valley for over 25 years, are a 2nd generation company, & we focus on insulation & weatherization. Since 1989 former owner, Vince Stanley, has strived to help home owners, new builders, & local business get the most out of their homes & offices. Vince obtain a Degree in Business. He started his career in 1989 with C&K Corp. After selling the business, he then started Valley Insulation in 2003. Cassidy, Vince’s oldest, graduated from West Salem HS & started out doing cleanup & assisting on job sites. In 2004 started installing insulation & he has since worked his way up in the business doing everything from whole home testing to installation & sales. He currently has numerous certifications & many hours of training / experience all geared towards helping our customers make the most out of their homes & business spaces. Spencer is Vince’s youngest & he has been a wonderful addition to the family business. He is starting at the bottom as his brother did, doing cleanup & installing. He graduated from West Salem HS in 2012 & plans to further his education with the hopes of following in the footsteps of his father & brother. Unlike many companies that do home performance & energy analysis, the Valley Insulation team actually does the insulation work in house with our own highly trained crews. Our shop is currently located in West Salem. This gives us easy and economical routes to all of Salem, Keizer, Dallas, Dayton, Amity, McMinnville, Monmouth & Corvallis. Even though we are on the west side of the river we routinely travel east to Stayton, Silverton, Mill City, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Woodburn & Albany. We also service up & down the Oregon coast & other areas around the Willamette Valley. It is our goal to help make your space as efficient as possible. The worker came out and did a thorough inspection and described, in detail, the type and amount of insulation in our ceiling now. He did not see a need to increase it. Very good report by a trustworthy person! We were pleased and would hire them again if we needed anything related to insulation.

They are terrific I called others but never got a response they got right back to me and thier price was wonderful

Description of Work: They replaced damaged attic insulation, and new wall & crawl space insulation. We had one issue with them disconnecting the furnace wiring. When we contacted them to let them know the furnace was not working they said they knew nothing about it. When the furnace repair guy came, he said he found the wiring neatly disconnected and rolled up in the attic. Cost us a service call for the furnace guy, but no big deal.

Everything turned out well, and we feel as though they did a great job. Valley Insulation actually went above and beyond by traveling to our home during a snow storm in order to complete the work and make sure that we were comfortable. Furthermore, they charged a competitive price and did a good job of informing us when they were running late.

I had never seen the workers, everything was done over a couple of day period and no mess left behind at any point. Basically, I did not have any issues, everything was delivered as promise. Also, the energy credit paperwork was emailed to me promptly after payment.
Description of Work: Added R-30 insulation under the house where was previously a foil, wind block which had been ripped to shreds by cats and racoons. Also, for the energy credit, I had a new vapor barrier added and all the pipes were wrapped with R-11 insulation. The house is about 1450 square feet and built in 1970.
