+ -1 moreI was able to negotiate a better price with the sellers based upon Valley Home Inspection finding items that needed to be repaired. They perform a comprehensive detailed inspection and provide a detailed report of their findings.
Description of Work: Full home inspection & pest & dry rot was done.
