The crew that came to my house were professional and courteous. The job was completed ahead of schedule. A tree had fallen on my house. There was damage inside and outside. I am very happy with the work that was done!! They did a great job of matching existing shingles, also did a great job of blending paint to match the existing paint. I am very pleased with all of the work that was done!! I will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and family with high recommendation to use Valley Brothers Construction.

Cody and Dave created the modern, fresh bathroom I imagined! They communicated throughout the project, whether about minor things like arrival times or major things like supply issues or adjustments to the timeline. They are responsive, flexible, respectful, and kind. As first-time homeowners contracting for our first renovation, the way they walked us through every step of the process meant a lot! (Before/after pics below.) They obtained the flooring, fixtures and tub I had selected, asked my input when the vanity I wanted was not going to arrive within our timeline, and suggested products for items I hadn’t picked (e.g., vent). With their help, I picked a new vanity, lights, and fan. The project took a little longer than they’d projected, but that was due to a supply issue out of our control. Their relationship with another local business, Southtown Glass, saved us hundreds of dollars and facilitated the re-use of a large mirror from the old space. Their assistant Alejandro also contributed to the project made sure our home was cleaned up every day before they left. Highly recommend! Love our new bathroom. Excellent, highly expert professional team. Solved unusual problems as they arose. Communicative about what to expect and when. Cleaned up everyday. Very accommodating…stepped in quickly when other contractors bailed. I’d hire them again in a minute.

David and Cody (and Andrew, too) did exceptional work on stabilizing my front porch columns, replacing handrails, painting concrete steps and removing an old fence and installing a new one. Any unforseen problems that arose they fixed. They arrived when they said they would, always ready to answer my questions and listened and responded to any concerns I had. Will definitely call on them for other projects! Thanks, guys!
