I was impressed from the start. When Ben and Katcina 1st came over they took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer every question. After we accepted, they went through with us the work to be done and items they suggested. The bid was reworked after they got a clearer picture of what we wanted. It did go up a bit, but still less then we had originally anticipated. I feel they are very honest. I was impressed with Ben’s crew. Josh and Corey were great; always polite, always respectful of my house, always answered my questions, and always in contact with Ben. They took pride in their work and took the time to do it right. When part of the ceiling was not done to their satisfaction, it was sanded and re-painted. I was impressed all the way to the end. Ben knew that I was leaving on a trip, so the night before, he stayed late into the evening. There were a few time setbacks, which can be expected. For example, the vanity we picked out had the drawers in the way of the pipes. Katcina called me with 4 options of how to fix the problem, and Ben ended up doing a beautiful job switching the drawers to the other side. All in all Ben had told me 7-10 working days and our bathroom was done in 10 working days!

Ben showed up on time every day and finished the job in two days like he said he would! I couldn't be happier with choosing his company. I would absolutely have him do a project for me again and recommend him to any of my friends, family or anyone for that matter!

With my husband's job I would be the one dealing with the contractor and I was very unsure about this. Well, I was totally amazed when Ben Smith shows up and the experience a completely pleasant one. I gave him our ideas and he made additional suggestions that turned our bathroom into one I hated to not get to use. He was so professional and friendly that when the job was completed I missed not having him around. His personality and knowledge makes him a contractor I would recommend to anyone.
