I believe we received poor service because we had our own contractor and did not use the construction company The Tile Gallery is associated with. The sales person was uninterested in assisting us from the selection of the tile to the delay in the delivery date of the material. Had we been able to find the tile we liked elsewhere, we would not have dealt with this company.

Our project entailed an extensive bathroom/bedroom remodel, part of which involved a plethora of tile work! Experts in the field of tile worked diligently to provide us with the highest, most exceptional quality imaginable from beginning to end of the project. The results showed careful attention to every detail, including spacing of the tiles (perfect) and the meticulous grouting (amazing). These exceptional, qualified professionals set high standards for themselves, and each one excels in delivering a high end product. Today we have a very exquisite bathroom and bedroom that we take pride in. Many of our friends, whom are also skilled craftsmen in the field, were greatly impressed! We are extremely happy with the exceptional tile work that ‘The Tile Gallery’ has done for us, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. We extend our sincere appreciation for all the hardworking, backbreaking and laborious work that each worker put into our project. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! GREAT JOB!
