+ -1 moreJeff did excellent work fixing my Hunter Douglas pirouette and silhouette shades. He identified and fixed the level problem on the shades. The pirouette was difficult as the window casing is bowed making leveling difficult. He fixed the draw cord connectors and gave me recommendations on how to maintain the shades. His stuck with the quoted service charge even though the work was more than anticipated to fix the shades. Excellent service!

He was very pleasant and honest about his evaluation of the choices I could make. All in all he really did a great job. I am completely satisfied.

+ 0 moreEach time he has been to my home, probably three times, he has been efficient, fast and economical.
Description of Work: He has been here before to repair my blinds and has rehung curtains. I would have him any time for these services as his prices are reasonable and he knows and understands the equipment so well he just gets it done. When I have had others try to fix my blinds they have gotten messed up. He is professional and knows what he is doing. I would recommend wholeheartedly for anything to do with your window coverings, whether hanging after you buy them or repairing, etc.

+ 0 moreI can't say anything negative and wish I had used him when I purchased my window coverings about four years ago. It would have been far less expensive for me. He really knows what he is doing and is very nice to deal with. I highly recommend him. In each case he was able to come out within a day or two of my calling him.
Description of Work: Excellent. Jeff Titus is the Drapery Doctor and he was in and out in less than an hour each time. He rehung some very heavy drapes, restrung some very heavy window blinds and put up a new rod and curtain.
