TerryByte Computer Repair

My 5 yr old laptop had coffee spilled on it twice. This caused keys to stick, but would still work. Then came the message about my hard drive. It was working, but kept telling me the hard drives was imminent danger of failure. Time to get this fixed. Went through Angie’s List/Home Advisor/Thumbtack looking for a repair. Terrybyte responded with in an hour and had time to look at the laptop that day. He dIagnosed the issues with the keyboard and the hard drive that afternoon and gave me an estimate for the repair. I really did not want to buy a new laptop, so I decided to have the laptop fixed. It took a little over a week to get a new keyboard, and as soon as the keyboard arrived, Terry had it fixed in less than a day. Overall he had the laptop for less than 2 weeks. He cleaned out the spilled coffee and cleaned up the laptop. He was able to mirror the old hard drive to a new ssd drive. Brought the computer home, and it is working better than before coffee spills. All my setting were still intact. I was able to turn it on, then was able to get to work. I feel I now have a trusted computer repair person I can call. If I have any other problems with my laptops, Terrybyte will be my first call. Thank you Terry!
