computer repair
+ -1 moreThe problems I had made me feel like pitching this computer out the window. Internet service companies kept interfering with my sending e-mail from my in-box letters. One time I couldn't even access my e-mail and or do my on-line banking. The Techs with this company did help, but did not solve the problem. My computer is now cleaned up and I know who to call if any other problem surfaces. I plan on scheduling a class with him soon.
Description of Work: I found out by word of mouth this individual was doing computer repair & services. I called, he came that same day, I explained the problem as I understood it. Dave took my computer back to his place of business, tuned up computer, backup docs, installed a free anti-virus that is good for a year. Fixed computer e-mail, I experienced two providers blocking my sending e-mail with my new provider. In short from start to a finished product it was two days, plus educational update on using my computer. Oh, found out he is willing to teach classes if I can find 3 people with computer questions. Thank you Dave Holt.
