Sales person knew his product well. Product was not inexpensive but I am very pleased with the job they did. Good transferable warranty. Actually had an independent inspector look at the job when they were done.

The salesperson did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of the various products available for the refurbishing. Once all the selections had been made he helped me to understand the process. The coordinator kept me updated on the schedule for the installation and once scheduled the subcontractor who completed the project was very good at providing schedule information and always let me know if he was running late. The project went mostly as planned and clean-up was ongoing - not just after work completion. The price was initially shocking to me, but watching the process I saw how labor-intensive the project was. The laminate materials used are beautiful and the installation was well-done.

They did fine. We would recommend them.

. It was not the best experience we had. Price wise it was a little high. They brought all the shingles and put it up on our house roof. They delivered them for the house roof when it was supposed to be on the shed. There was also an issue of having the hammer and stuff into the house roof to hold the shingles up there before the installation. So we had to have that checked. They were pretty good about quality control because it came out so well. When they came out they told us that one of the shingles was bad and they replaced that on the shed. They did a good job but you don't expect that it would be delivered on to the wrong roof. I think they sub-contract the delivery so they need not be Sears themselves. But Sears is in charge of it. Our motivation to use them is to have a credit line with them. But if you can pay cash then that is to your advantage because you can save some money. One of the workers left a $100 tool here and we called them right away. But they did not pick it up for another 2 weeks so I suppose that is not very responsive. If I were the owner of the tool I would have gone immediately and got it. I would use them in the future. But we would shop around a bit more.

The whole experience was excellent and at first, we were unsure about Sears delivery since it could be a hit and miss and hearing of other people's issues Sears delivery. Either we got the two guys in our area that were the good ones and/or Sears has improved on their quality of service. The two delivery people were professional, and courteous. In no time flat, they put and installed our new appliance, made sure we made aware of dos and don't about using the new appliance. They offered to take our old broken appliance away though we had not made prior arrangements of that. The person was knowledgeable about the product and provided answers to questions we had. I wish there was a feedback site on Sears for the delivery because we were impressed and these two particular guys deserve kudos for a good job.
