I once had wonderful custom pantry cabinet doors and laundry room cabinets built by S&W. The workmanship and overall experience was stellar. A few years ago, I contacted them for additional cabinet work. In that experience, I had scheduled several appointments with them (once they responded to my phone and email inquiries), and beyond an initial meeting, the subsequent appointments were no-shows. Following those experiences, I joined Angie's List, and noted their abysmal Ratings. Yet now that I need cabinet doors once again, and thinking my original order so well, I'd consider them anyway. Again, following a few attempts, I was able to get a hold of them, and actually spoke with the person that built my original cabinets. I then scheduled an appointment for later in the week, and worked from home that day so I could meet them. That time came and went. I called again, and after acknowledging the missed appointment, I was assured we'd meet me later that morning. That time came and went, and by mid-afternoon I called only to be able to leave a message. I haven't heard from them since. People, apparently they have enough business to accommodate their needs. Don't waste your time contacting them because it would no doubt be a waste of their time. It's a shame. And as a business, their behavior is shameful. Let economic Darwinism take it's course; Take your business elsewhere and let S&W Woodworking fade into oblivion.

The cabinets were late, too much rework and very bad followup. Made LOTS of excuses for poor workmanship. We are still waiting for some pullouts for our lower cabinets however I do not expect him to complete the order even though he was paid in full. His specs were bad, his scheduling was worse and his customer service was the worst I have ever had. We even had a cabinet door almost fall off when we first opened it and it took two weeks to get it repaired.

We used S&W last August. All of the work was good, and the workers were very nice. They were excellent.

They were wonderful and did a great job. They are a locally owned family business. They are very conscientious and they’ll do anything. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone that wants to do cabinets. The price was more than fair. My cabinet looks wonderful and it perfectly matches my older ones. Their response and willingness to work with you is great.

WE HAD A VERY BAD INFESTATION OF TERMITES IN THE SUB-FLOORING AND UP INTO THE FLOORS... AFTER WE HAD THEM SPRAYED AND KILLED OUT, S & W CAME IN AND REMOVED A LARGE PORTION OF THE FLOORING AND A MAIN BEAM AND THEN INSTALLED NEW.... I FEEL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.....
