+ -1 moreDid a nice job until the point in which the provider was informed their services were no longer needed. Continued to show up and charge for services not requested. There was not an onsite manager to ask them to leave. Continued communication to stop providing services were ignored. The city of Salem contracted with a contractor to redo the parking area and tear up the back yard and install a paved driveway leading to the new parking lot. Provider continued to bill for services rendered during this time as well. They finally understood that no services needed implies get off the property. Just received word he has hired a collection company. Be very wary of Russell's Landscape Services! Very shady and unethical company.
Description of Work: The provider was asked to do basic yard maintenance at a small rental property on a month to month basis.

Description of Work: Arrived as scheduled and performed work agreed upon but, they obviously sent the B team because they were totally unskilled when it came to trimming bushes.

+ -1 moreThey come when they are supposed to. They do a good job. My lawn looks good. The workers are timely, very polite, and efficient. They do a good job. I would use them in the future.
