I received a call back from this company on my cell phone on August 3rd, 2010 at 12:38pm and we set an appointment for the next morning at my buisness location to get an estimate for paving the parking area. I waited the next morning for an hour and a half and the person never showed. I called and left a message asking for a return call and explanation. After waiting 11 days, I again called the company today. I explained this to the women who answered and said I wanted to give her company a fair chance to explain before I posted a negative comment on Angie's List. Without another word she put me through to someone's voice mail. I left a message, but I doubt I'll get a return call. I, of course, have made arrangements for the paving job to be done by another company. I am surprized by the manner in which Houck Construction conducts business. I certainly never would advise anyone to rely upon their service.
