Description of Work: They repaired two outside faucets: One needed an entire new handle, as we had been unable to use it for a few years; the other had a continual leak. They did an excellent job on these two repairs. They were also asked to repair a diverter problem with our Kohler kitchen sink faucet. The guy came twice, but left saying that the diverter was almost impossible to get out; he needed a better tool. Even after consulting another person regarding repairing it, he was still unable to repair it and suggested that we might need to consider getting a new faucet. We took a chance on calling another plumber, and within 15 minutes the diverter was repaired and the faucet/sprayer worked perfectly.

Description of Work: two new tubs , all new fixtures, water heater, gas line for stove, kitchen sink and garbage disposal install, Rod was great as well as the two men that worked for him. i needed one bathroom done and the kitchen first then the second bathroom. it was easy to get them out and Rod was promt to teturn my calls. i will call Rod's for all future services on plumming!

Description of Work: I had a small job but Rod's was fantastic. I had a new kitchen faucet installed and a leak in my washing machine hose fixed. I would definitely use them again if I can convince them to come to Woodburn.

Description of Work: Removed old toilet seal, replaced with new wax seal and totally cleaned up the project. Fast, nice guy, will call again.

Description of Work: No services provided; failed to return multiple phone calls requesting estimate. Finally emailed - after a week the reply said they were busy - but was never followed up with another email or call. Even if busy, a follow up call or email would have vastly improved my impression of their business.

Description of Work: repaired broken plumbing in wall and under floor. made extra effort to find all problems. called them on short notice and they fit us in on the same day.

Description of Work: I was replacing a leaking valve on my bathroom sink. When I took it off, I found that the galvanized nipple from the water line was corroded. I had reached the limit of my plumbing abilities, so I called Rod's plumbing. The came promptly, and, as I feared, the corroded pipe broke as they tried to remove it. They were able to pry out the broken part, and replaced the galvanized nipple with brass, which does not corrode. They were done in an hour, the pipe and valve are not leaking, and the bill was quite reasonable. I give them my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: I did not get an opportunity to compare this business with the others. I called for an estimate and from the time the gentleman answered it was evident I would not get anyone out for an estimate, which is what happened. I suppose this business is booming or only accepts big jobs as they didn't have time for a job as small as mine. You be the judge

Description of Work: Reseated toilet and replaced flange bolts

Description of Work: Rod's came recommended by Angie, so I tried him. He's pretty local to my neighborhood so that was ok too. I asked Rod to coordinate with my tenants to fix a shower leak, and he did fine. Work came in at the estimate. Will def use him again.Dan Petersen

Description of Work: Had a leak fixed on my frost free faucet outside, he also looked for an alleged leak, but didnt find one. He was very curtious and professional an responded in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: We are purchasing a "for sale by owner" home and noticed standing water under the house in the crawlspace and low water pressure. Rod came to the home and looked around, but found nothing wrong. He was very thorough and spent approx 1 hour "investigating": he checked the meter and noted no spike in service. He checked each faucet and water pressure was fine. He looked under the house as well. In the end the "problems" were nothing more than excessive rain accumulation under the home and low water pressure due to the fact that the current owners were not living there and had turned off the water. Everything checked out and he didn't charge us a cent! Thank you, Rod.
