 + -1 moreThe situation got cleared up and there were no hard feelings. Just wish the communication had not been lost. We are not satisfied with who did end up doing the job.
Description of Work: Our house painted. We had a miscommunication because of an email that went to a junk folder otherwise we probably would have hired them to paint our house. The estimate was reasonable and sounded like it would meet our needs.

 + 4 moreJason and his crew were punctual, professional and worked for a full 1-1/2 days to complete all work. They too special care with the gutter fascia repair to match the material and to conceal and seal joints between new and old. They took pains to clean up thoroughly after each day's work. We were totally satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Jason and his team.
Description of Work: 1. Repaired, sealed and painted several dry-rotted sections of gutter fascia. 2. Sealed gutter joints. 3. Replaced 3 plumbing vent flashings on the roof - the boots were deteriorating. 4. Placed 2 abandoned/inactive Romex electrical cable runs in the crawlspace into approved boxes, capped the wire ends and capped the boxes with metal covers. 5. Added sheetrock to attic access cover for firestop.
