Our friendly staff assists property owners and managers to best care for tree needs. We provide such services as tree removals, stump grinding, tree trimming, fruit tree pruning, hedge and shrub removal and trimming, woody debris chipping. Our estimates are always free! Description of Work: We have an ornamental maple tree in front of our kitchen window. One major branch was growing next to our gutter and would have damaged it had it grown any larger. R & R removed the branch and thinned the canopy without terribly distorting the shape of the tree. They also thinned the canopy of a very large maple in our back yard. They did a beautiful job. Both trees look wonderful and will for years to come.

Description of Work: They did not show up when Jannai said they would. Called talked to someone else they said she had it on the schedule for the next day. Next day came... No R&R. Called again, they said they would make out Monday of the following week. Monday comes and goes... no R&R. Call again Tuesday and they say I just got lost off the schedule. No apologies for anything, but someone does finally show up to do some work. Very un professional in my opinion. Will not use again.

My name is Jannai, I am co-owner of this company and I would like to respond to this comment. (Member name removed) hired our company to grind a small stump in his front yard. Unfortunately our communication was not clear with (member name removed) on the date and I apologize. The stump grinding schedule is difficult to predict and we try to let our customers (who have stump grinding done only - no tree work) that it may be a range of dates. We appreciate the comment and will use this information to better improve our customer service.
