We have issues with them all the time and our last issue was with billing. I would absolutely not refer them to anyone else. We have been having billing issues with them for several. I have a problem with the promotions that they run because if I was not a customer with them then I would get better services which makes us angry. People who have with them for many years don't get any promotional stuff and it's very frustrating.
Description of Work: Qwest Solutions Center is our internet and landline service providers from the last 25 years.
