Very well. I first contacted this company to address a roof leak on my personal residence several years ago. Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. This crew is honest and does superior work.

Quintano was an honest and generous man with his time. Tracked down some areas on roof, cleaned gutters and did not charge a penny. Plus it was raining whole time on roof. Will go to him if issue is not resolved! Time to pay it forward!

It was wonderful, they are on time and very kind. They did a good job.

He showed us what's needed to be done. He took pride on what he did. He goes extra mile to make sure the work that they did was right. If he says he's gonna be there, he will be there. They cleaned up everyday after work and we don't had any damage to our property. They gave us a good price. I really like working with him. Very down to earth and honest person. He was mindful of things.

It was phenomenal. They were efficient, fast, and polite. It was done in a phenomenal fashion.

The first time I hired Quintana Roofing was a few years ago to troubleshoot a roof leak. Since then, I have hired them to clean some roofs, another time to remove a chimney that was no longer needed (replacing the area with roofing), and still another time to re-flash a chimney where leaking had occurred. I would rate their work "A" for all jobs. Fidel Quintana is meticulous about his work and uses only high quality materials. He is especially knowledgeable about installing chimney flashing. This job went without a hitch. I am a residential real estate investor/manager. Finding an honest and reliable roofing contractor for re-roofing, roof cleaning, and repairs is very valuable.

He was quick to respond when I contacted him for a quote. He came personally, walked all around the roof and then gave me a reasonable quote. We scheduled a service date. He showed up on time and worked very hard. He was thorough and careful not to damage the roof. When it took longer than he expected, he showed up the next morning to finish the job. We were very satisfied.

I called Fidel on Sunday, which is listed as their day off, and left a message. Within an hour, Fidel called me back and arranged to stop by and take a look at the leak. He showed up within an hour and quickly identified what he thought was causing the leak. Before doing anything, he explained what he saw and what he was going to do to fix it. He replaced a shingle, plugged a nail hole that was right over the leak, and sealed some flashing areas. We were very happy that he was able to come out so quickly on short notice on his day off and help us out.

Our roof was leaking into the attic around chimney. Nery came out the same day and sealed up the leaks. Later, after extremely heavy rain and wind, we found that the area was still leaking. Nery and her dad came out right away and worked on it more. It was determined that there is a problem with the flashing and the way it was originally installed. Once the rains subside, our plan is to replace the flashing to provide a more permanent solution. Thanks Nery!

I called in at 9:45 a,m, and they were here by 10:15 a.m. in the pouring down rain her repaired the roof and put in a new vent. great people to deal with, would recommend and will use again if the need arises.

It went great! Fidel and his daughter, Nery, were very friendly and professional. They were able to fix our roof right away which gave us great peace of mind. We haven't had another rain yet to check the leak, but it seems like they did a great job. They replaced a few shingles and even found another suspect area and fixed it. We will definitely call them for any future concerns.

They never responded to my emails or called me. I found this disappointing and I will not work with them.

Because of weather, they needed 3 visits to complete the job. Very professional in all respects. The cost seemed a bit high although their bid was not the highest I received- also not the lowest. All the moss was removed by hand- no pressure washing,etc. so as to do the least harm to the roof.

He is prompt, responsive and courteous. He seemed to work hard and I would use him again.

From the first contact with Mr Quintana and his daughter to the final hand shake their entire outfit worked with hard and with a professional attitude. The quote was fair and there were no surprises during the process. Mr Quintana and his crew showed up on time each day and worked hard till quitting time. The end product was exactly as i had expected. I would recommend this group for anyone that needs roof work done.

Excellent work. A leak sprang in the roof during a hard rain about a week later, and they responded immediately to repair it at no charge.

Quintana Roofing came out and replaced the roof of our 1960s home. He did an AWESOME job on everything. They replaced the eaves & facia and an old brick chimny on the roof as we requested. He and his small crew worked hard and long hours - even on weekends. He is just as you read in the reviews here - friendly - on time and professional. He always was happy and he made you feel like you were important even tho he had other jobs going on.I really appriciated his communication with us too - he explained everything - and made sure he understood what we wanted! He provided copies of Oregon's construction lien laws and our right s etc, They kept things cleaned up around the proerty during the roofing process ! They cleaned up really well at the end of the project too. The roof looks great! I will continue to use him to come out and clean the roof and do any maintenance when needed. I am very happy with this company!

This contractor has many positive review -- so I am reluctantly leaving this negative review because there may be mitigating circumstances. I left two voicemail messages in October, plus one e-mail message. None were returned.

What a pleasure to work with Mr Quintana and his business. Worked amazingly fast (another well known roofing company said it would take two men two full days to do the same work he did in one day by himself--and quoted price would be almost three times what Mr Quintana charged for the same work). Roof looks great. So very pleased and will be telling all my friend to use his service.

Fidel was great! He started in on the roof right away, and it was done in a couple of days. The bid was also lower than 2 other bids we had, and the final price came in about $100 less than the bid! They are very friendly, and do a great job!

Quintana provided an estimate the next day and after receiving several other (much higher) bids, I decided to go with Quintana. Fidel and Nery were both very helpful, punctual and overall a pleasure to work with. I reached out to schedule the job on a Friday morning and Fidel was there Friday afternoon, worked until 6, and then came back the next morning to finish the job - wow! The roof looks GREAT. Fidel discussed the job with me before getting started and then worked really hard until the job was done. Today I received an unexpected call from Fidel. He wanted to let me know that he received my check and said thank you again for the business. He also reminded me that he will come back out some time in the coming year to re-apply moss killer, all I have to do is call when we're ready. What a nice touch! Having just purchased our home, we've been working with a number of different contractors on various projects. Fidel and Nery have been by far the most pleasant to work with, and perhaps more importantly, provided the highest value in their service. It's such a pleasure to work with a genuinely happy, friendly, nice people! I highly recommend Quintana Roofing!

He used a plastic scraper hand removing the moss; this method protects the roof from damage and helps maintain the life of the roof. He then sprayed a moss killer and preventive on the roogf and cleaned the moss out of the gutters. Very professional person.
