Pro Tint Window Tinting

We were referred to Pro Tint, and after checking them out on Angie's List gave them an call. Julie came out and gave us an estimate and suggested the tinting shades she recommended. As all shades were the same price she left samples with us to help decide. Since this was around Christmas we waited until after the new year to schedule the installation. The office help was very good and the installer, Joseph, arrived on time and did the job in about 2 hours. He was very careful, taking off his shoes and laying down material to catch any water. After installation he went through the warranty and cleaning instructions.

When I called to make an appointment for a consultation, it was scheduled within a reasonable time frame considering their schedule and mine. The consultation was extremely informative and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I needed to have a window replaced before the tinting was applied so once I had that done, the application was quickly scheduled. The technician who came to apply the film seemed to be very proficient and the end result to date is excellent.

When Julie came out to do an estimate I think it's fair to say, and I would want to emphasize, that she was very patient during a time of relative chaos in my home. I had about three trades in the house at the time, and my phone kept ringing on top of that, so she managed through many interruptions. When the installers arrived, they were on time, professionally dressed, and pleasant to work with. Some of my windows are exceptionally high up and ladders were required. Both Kelly and Steve worked diligently to complete the job, which took approximately half a day of work. They left my home clean after they completed their work. I did get estimates from two other tinting companies. One was less than interested in detailing the nature of the work, and another, after rescheduling, never followed up with an estimate. I picked the right company, and recommend them to others.

THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY 2 MEN WHO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTERWARDS. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED.

I WILL USE PRO TINT AGAIN WHEN I AM READY TO DO MY OTHER WINDOWS. THE PRODUCT IS UNBELIEVABLE AND EASY TO CLEAN. MY PROBLEM SUN WINDOWS ARE NOW PLEASANT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FADE ON MY CARPETS AND FURNITURE BECAUSE OF THE TINT APPLIED TO THE WINDOWS. THE TINT IS ABSOLUTELY EVEN AND EASY TO CLEAN!
