+ -1 morePlatinum was a little hard to get a hold of, but because it wasn't an emergency I kept trying. When he came out he spent time checking all the electrical including going under the house. He explained what was needed and what he would do. He made time in his schedule to come out the next day to fix the problem. The price he quoted was what he charged.
Description of Work: Platinum Electric came out to fix a dining room plug-in. After troubleshooting he decided the fuse box was not working properly. The fuses were not connecting. He came out the next day and replaced the electrical panel, installed new grounding and added an outdoor outlet.

+ -1 moreEverthing went very smoothly. The job required a bit of remodeling and both the supervisor and the technician knew what they were doing. Work was done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Halogen light fixture was not working/up to code. New fixture provided by owner, installed by Planinum Electric.

We actually had renters the last time that they came over and they were very nice, friendly, professional, and responsible about getting back to us when we called. They are very precise about when they would be able to get to the job, and they gave us a couple choices on which time would work best for us. They're very good about keeping us updated, and making it more convenient for us.
Description of Work: They rewired some switches for us in one of our rental homes.
