Pillar To Post Home Inspection

This is the second time I used these folks in a year. Good work, thorough, and responsive. Got radon test early, which was helpful in closing. Overall, good experience.

Throughout the years I have had numerous homes inspected by Pillar to Post. I have found them extremely professional and very thorough. I have also had experience with other inspection companies and far prefer using Pillar to Post. I find their knowledge of construction excellent and their reports thorough. I appreciate the time they take to review their findings with me and to let me know the items that need to be addressed right away or ones to be aware of and keep an eye on. The walk through after the inspection has been very helpful also. I have not had any surprises after their inspection and am grateful for their service.

Chris gave me some details of inspection on site and things I should do to correct them. I enjoyed talking with him. I'm pleased with the report and how in depth it was. Even the Escrow company said they were a good company.

This company was recommended by my realtor. Scott was able to come at very short notice and do a full inspection on the house I was looking to purchase. He did a thorough job and then was very happy to answer my questions and walk me through the report. He was also willing to email me the report.
