Description of Work: Peggy has handled real estate listings for me and does an excellent job researching the market, comparables and providing a solid opinion as to value as well as marketing the property. She has also provided me with referrals to agents in her network in other locations out of state. These referrals have also been a great match! Peggy has a great business mind and is highly ethical.

+ -1 morePeggy Mangis is truly the best real estate person I've ever worked with. She was kind to my mom, who can be quite demanding. She was honest with us and willing to take us to homes on Saturday and Sunday, as well as week days. This was actually the 2nd time we purchased a home from Peggy and did both times she went above and beyond helping my family with the paperwork and walked us through the entire transaction. If we looked at a home that Peggy saw problems with, she let us know upfront so to their were no surprises. Peggy has a very comforting style and is not loud or pushy. She spent as much time as we needed looking at each house and she is extremely patient. I would never go to another person to help me buy a home. I can not recommend her high enough.
