Patrick O Selander Carpentry

Patrick got his bid in to us within 24 hours of making his assessment of our property. His bid was mid range of the three bids we entertained. He was able to start the project in about a week and finished it in half the time he projected. Since there was a great deal of ladder work he worked with an associate who mirrored Patrick's work ethic. They worked effeciently, quietly and left the work site clean. The project was finished to our satisfaction in half the time Patrick projected and compensated us with additional work at no cost. We were so appreciative of his work and style that we asked him to tackle a special project to design a facade to hide some unattractive poles at the entry way to our home (with the caveat that they enhance the Victorian style of the house). He designed two beautiful columns and after getting our approval of design and cost he crafted 2 elegant columns that not only hid those poles but have an understated elegance that has transformed the front of our home in a way I couldn't have imaged. We are just thrilled ! Patrick has upgraded other wood trim and repaired other wood structures around the property as we prepared to have the house painted. In each and every instance his work has been flawless, effecient and cost effective. We can't recommend him highly enough.
