+ -1 moreThe initial quote and everything went well. After making a few changes to the bid and signing off on it I tried to get the work scheduled but kept getting the run-around by the office. I called a number of times over a few days and each time they said they would forward my message and the owner would get back to me. Eventually I got tired of waiting for a response and called a competitor with a comparable quote who had me scheduled for the next week in less than five minutes. You shouldn't have to waste your time going round and round trying to get the company you are trying to pay to call you back. Apparently they didn't want the business so I suggest you not give them yours.
Description of Work: Was going to install insulation for a fairly extensive remodel. Wasn't able to get to the point of having the work done, so can't comment on quality, just customer service.

+ -1 moreI don't know how much I paid, there was a rebate, I think overall it came to $3000 and we haven't got our rebates back yet. We did the attic, the floor, the duct and not the walls. They were very timely, and worked with me on everything. They were very easy to communicate with, which is why we signed for Angie's list. We had a plumber come out because they found we had leaking pipes in our house as it is an old house. And the plumber said Orr Insulation did a great job. So when an unrelated company comes and does something and is pleased with somebody else's work, I thought it is good, because they didn't know who it was.
Description of Work: We used Orr Insulation. We had insulation done in the attic, the floor and the duct.
