Description of Work: I bought a Groupon offer for gutter and roof cleaning. I began trying to call in July. The message on their answering machine states that they will return calls by the next business day. They did not respond so I left several more trys. I've made several attempts to contact them but they have never returned my calls. Their website indicates they're currently in business but never a reply. I suspect they realized that the Groupon was not in their best financial interes but I would have liked an answer. Even one that stated that the response was overwhelming. The Groupon expires in October so I'm out 119.00. Groupon states I can still get face value from them but why would I buy a service special only to wait and pay the full price later?

Description of Work: Mike Wick used a leaf blown to blow off debris & moss from roof. Then he appointed an anti most solution.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Groupon for a roof and gutter cleaning. I attempted to call to make an appointment, but the company voicemail box was full and not taking messages. I attempted to call twice more. I was able to leave a message once, but I never received a call back. I requested a refund from the prepaid promotion. Groupon told me they would contact the contractor and have them call me. I was told I would here from them in three business days. I gave them my home, cell and work numbers and my email address. No contact again, so I requested a refund, again. Groupon assured me they would have the contactor call me. No call. Apparently they could not reach them either. Groupon refunded my money. I would never recommend this contractor. Not that I believe anyone could actually reach them.

Description of Work: This was a Groupon that we paid for. We scheduled the service for a Saturday morning, confirmed that date and time, and moved our weekend around so that we could be ready and available for this service. No one showed up.No one called to reschedule or to explain.We called, got a voicemail that was FULL and was not able to take any more messages.We have contacted Groupon, explained the experience, and received NO satisfaction. [We DID get form email asking if Groupon had resolved the situation satisfactorily....] So, as of today, June 20th, we have lost $60, not heard from Groupon OR this service, and I'll be cleaning the roof and gutters as time permits. The "F" is well deserved in ALL categories and I would highly recommend that you remove this LLC from your list of reputable services. Thanks
