Deceitful behavior. We hired Nosa to weed, spray and lay bark dust. We had a long conversation about what we wanted. He quickly taped out a bid on his phone after I already agreed to the price. I should have looked at the bid closer,.. he then left out the main part of bark dust. The next day he did some of the work and didn’t show up for the rest. Their scam is to get 75% down and not finish. Beware!!!!
