Horrible experience! First it two weeks for the guy to finally show up because he canceled on me and then missed our appointment. I get that his wife just had a baby but he could have given me heads up instead of missing the appointment. Eventually he did show up but let me tell you after the scheduling disaster he sent me a text message of the cost which by way was nearly 3,000 more than the other companies quoted me to replace the floors and 2,000 more to replace the tub. No details on where those extra thousands of dollars are going or measurements, literally nothing.

Our tile project list was large- entryway floor, family bathroom floor and vanity backsplash, master bathroom floor, double shower with large bench, shelves, nichés, large glass block window, glass block pony wall shower divider and vanity backsplash, laundry room floor and custom kitchen backsplash. We designed our projects and purchased all our large format tile supplies and glass block units. Roman and Alek were willing to work with us throughout, despite all the limitations of our DIY plans and the complicated tasks we proposed. Dmitriy was very flexible helping us with the drywall aspects. Utilizing the Schluter System (including a Schluter linear drain), they succeeded in transforming our master bathroom into a wheelchair accessible oasis! We delight in all our lovely flooring and the beautiful backsplashes. Careful attention was paid to make sure the tile flooring would match our new wood floor height. Every time we take a step in our home we remember the respect, honesty and hard work ethic the team at Northwest Flooring and design, LLC demonstrated on our projects. We have much appreciation for Roman, Alek and Dmitriy and always wish them continued success.

Had the pleasure of working with Northwest Flooring and Design LLC for a few of my recent projects. The finished bathroom remodel which consisted of a new beautiful tiled shower, new floors, finished drywall, new vanity and countertop made my bathroom shine and feel like new. You sent me 4 companies available and able to do the project. Out of the 4 referrals 2 came to my home for an estimate, 2 others never contacted me. Out of the 2 that came to my home, I decided to go with 1 and called and left a message twice letting him know we were ready to start but never got a call back or any response at all in fact. I have since started looking on Craigslist for help with my project. NW never contacted me.

I really appreciate being heard, offering feedback on remodeling because I needed assistance. The personal attention I did not get at big box stores.

We wished to finish off our garage with 660 square feet of Sheetrock. Northwest Flooring and Design responded promptly to our inquiry and Roman Kulik provided a timely and acceptable estimate. He and his brother Dmitri were able to start the following week and worked efficiently and effectively and on time to complete the job. They keep a clean workplace and cleaned up well after completion. We are pleased with the entire project that they completed with drywall, taping and texturing. We would certainly seek them out again for future projects.

They did a very good job. They installed tile in the kitchen and installed some laminate as well. They were very quick and kept everything clean. Out of 10 stars, I give them a 15!

I have two bathrooms and the installed tile in the bathrooms and laid down some carpet and laminate flooring in others. They did a very good job. I was surprised by their work. They came to work in a timely manner and have a very good quality of work. What they said that they were going to do for me, they did.
