+ -1 moreI called to discuss the possibility of having someone come out for an estimate on work we need done in the crawlspace under our home after it was damaged by a pest control company. We are desperate to get the fixes taken care of because we have three small children in our home and we are approaching cooler weather. It is not currently safe for us to turn on the HVAC system because there is insulation in the ducts from the previous work. The NW Insulators trucks and billboards around town say "free inspections/estimates". I was told that our job was too small and would be a bottleneck and inconvenience to the company and that there was no profit in it for them; they were already too busy and booked up. We had a different insulation company come out to assess the damage and they estimated our repairs to be around $2,180. If you have a "small" job in this ballpark, I would not recommend wasting your time calling North West Insulators unless you are prepared to be belittled. I am leaving a lousy rating for poor customer service.
