No waiting list. They work 7 days a week. They completed the project on time. Meet my expectation.

The plumbers (one in training) arrived on time, were knowledgeable about the job, used quality parts, and worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. They were also very professional, courteous and friendly.

Very well, very pleasant. Came at odd hours when needed.

They were fast, respectful of my yard and punctual. I was quite happy with their work and the clean up afterwards. I would be happy to use them again.

We called Mr. Rooter when our sewer line backed up into our house on a Thursday night. We called them because they advertised they were available on weekends and we needed a quick resolution. They came out the next Friday morning and used their camera to find a broken sewer pipe under our house. On that Friday, they were able to align the pipe with their cable enough that we could have limited use of our facilities. They returned the following Tuesday and Wednesday to repair the pipe. This entailed ripping out the carpet, cutting through the cement floor, digging down to the pipe and making the repair. Then they filled with rock, topped off with concrete. They also installed a new toilet. The workers were friendly and professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We spent a lot of money and didn't have a chance to get price estimates. The price seems a bit high but, since we didn't comparison shop, we do not have a way to confirm that.

Representative made sure he could fix the problem at earliest opportunity. Took about 4 hours and he was done. A+ service. I had total trust in him.

I emailed Mr. Rooter to get an appt and that worked really well. They called to schedule the appt at 7pm that night and I had contacted them after 5pm earlier that day. He explained that they would not have techs free until after a morning meeting and that they would call at least 30 minutes prior to a tech being able to come out to our home. Mr Erin Hackney arrived on time, and explained the options of service and pricing. He was very professional. He took a look at the water heater, and in order to re-light the heater he had to take the water heater apart, quite a few screws, and parts later he was able to re-light the pilot light and the heater was back in working order. We were very relieved not to have to replace the water heater. I can say nothing but positives and I would certainly use this company again, and I would certainly request this same service technician. All is good!

I think it was fine. The only thing that we didn't understand is that they started charging mileage and time from when they left the shop in Minnville as opposed to when they got off the property. So that was all a bit of a surprise.

Everything has worked great so far. When they emptied it, there was a bunch of debris down in there that the other guy left in there. He made some kind of apparatus to hold the pump up and it didn't work, and it fell apart. They said it would be cheaper for me to make my own mechanism like a 12 foot pole with a dustpan or something in the end to pick all that stuff out of there. I think it would cost me a lot more money if they had to do it so I went ahead and do it. The price was probably average. It was competitive. I'm sure there's somebody out there who would have cost more and somebody who would have been cheaper. Overall, they did a really good job. It is working fine. They were on time, prompt, and they were fine. They have been out here many times. They did everything they said they would. They were really professional, they always are.

Mr. Rooter of Newberg is the plumbing company, that guy did a good job. They did the job and they did a good job.

It was good. They are excellent people. It was reasonable. They did a nice job and it was not very expensive. The price was moderate. We are pleased. My wife is pretty tight-fisted. They did an A job. Their responsiveness was pretty good. It is hard to get a hold of them because there aren't too many that do that work in the area so they are booked up.

It was okay, expensive but it was good. They're work was just average. They were a bit more on the pricey side, but they do a quality work.

It went poorly. I had a leak that caused a high water bill. I had them out to fix the problem but the next month my bill was still very high so I dont think they fixed the leak. On top of that their price to fix the issue was quite high.

I called Woodburn plumbing number I found on line. It rang to the Mr. Rooter office and when I asked about Woodburn Plumbing I was told that they had purchased Woodburn Plumbing. I later learned that this was a lie. They have hijacked the Woodburn Plumbing name and inserted there phone number. The person who did the work spent most of time trying to upsell to a replacement of my main line even though the line appeared to be in good shape. The price charged appeared to be excessive for the work that was done. He was to clear clean and flush the drain. He cleared the drain and then spent the rest of his time with his camera trying to sell unneeded repairs that he quoted a price up to $16,000.00. I do not think Angie's List should include contractors who are blatantly cheating there customers.

The replacement went fine but the cost is terrible.

The agreed price was $170 for one hour's work fixing the shower. The plumber broke a screw on a faucet valve and had to go to Ace Hardware 5 minutes away for a replacement which cost another $90. Then the shut off valve to the house would not turn on so the plumber replaced the valve with one he had in his van, which took about 45 minutes, for which he charged us $190. Total parts probably cost around $30 or less. In summary, we were charged $ 450 for 2 hours work and $30 worth of parts- way too much. The provider's billing system nicks customers for charging excessive fees for additional work without any consultation of what the fees will be.

The service man that came out was Jim and he was awsome. He was very professional and took his time. He made the entire experience very pleasurable because of his positive attitude.

What I like the most about them is that they are very professional and their cleanliness in terms of the surroundings of how they do their work. They put booties on to make sure that their shoes are not marking things up and they stay late into the evening to finish the project. I like them better than the other company that I have had in the past. I like Mr. Rooter best and I have gone back to them twice. They are on time and I think that they are okay with their prices. They are upfront with what they are doing and you can watch them if you want to. In both times that I have used them, I was extremely happy.

David the technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He had it shipped overnight and as soon as it came in, he called and came down and installed the part. He also alerted us to standing water under our house and some venting issues. They were professional, competent and came on the day I needed them. I would absolutely use them again.

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and would be able to send out a technician within about 2 hours on a Friday morning (so far so good!) Mr Rooter's technician was very friendly but also very talkative, and he took over 30 minutes (It felt like much longer) to do an estimate that George Morlan did the next day in 10 minutes. Mr Rooter's prices are not based on the cost of equipment and an hourly wage or service call, but are predetermined by a menu of prices for services rendered. I was very uncomfortable by the amount of time I felt the technician wasted in both talking, looking in his price book, and calling the company to clarify prices. In the end he gave me a quote of $594.55 for a job which was done VERY professionally the following day by George Morlan for $257.00. Here's what really set off the Alarms for me. I had done some research and it looked like the 3/4 inch TMP valve itself was about a $30.00 part ($10.00-$60.00), and after watching it done on You Tube, it looked like about a 15 minute job at the very most. Their quote was for over $200.00 ($260 I think, but he crossed out the itemization figures before giving me the estimate). The guy who actually did the work the next day(see my review of George Morlan) happened to see the estimate sitting on our kitchen table, and he couldn't believe how high it was.

The gentleman who came out was pleasant and able to find the leak. He fixed it. My problem was that, when I called to schedule I said that the issue was in the landscaping/sprinklers. The ad had identified this area as one they worked on. When the plumber arrived, he said 'we don't really do sprinkler systems but I'll take a look.' [the lead was not in the pond liner but a broken sprinkler head]. The whold appt. took approximately 30 minutes and about $2.50 for the replacement piece. The bill was $140. The plumber apologized for the mix-up and reiterated that landscape/outdoor plumbing was not something they did. No break on the bill, though. I would not use them again.

They came and put in the right size pipes and repaired the leak. They even discovered that the drain in my double sink was about ready to disintegrate so they replace it also. I feel I really got money's worth.

Responded to an emergency plugging of our main sewer line. Prompt and professional. Needed to have sewer line replaced and a lift pump installed. Bid was $12000. No negotiation with payments...50% down and the balance at the finish of the project. Would not work with my financier (OFCEU). Did do an immediate and satisfactorily job on unplugging our sewer line when it had an urgent repair!!! We have no major issues with this provider. Just costs too much for the services provided - but no by much!!!

Responsiveness was immediate and professional. Would use them again without a doubt.

Mr Rooter® Plumbing was fast and very responsive. I thought they were very reasonable for what they had to do. They were able to come to our home on a holiday which I thought was great.
