+ -1 moreHe made it very clear he was not interested in doing the work and said he would call me back if he ever had time. I would not work with him in the future.
Description of Work: I spoke with him about getting an estimate for roof cleaning.

roof cleaning
+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job and I will have them back to seal driveway and roof. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: We have a concrete tile roof that had developed quite a buildup of moss. Mike and his Father took three days to clean the roof, and then power wash the deck and driveway. He did an outstanding job, and I will have him back in November to seal the roof and driveway.

+ -1 moreVery professional, great job.Worth waiting for Mike -- about 2-3 weeks.Mike and his father, Mike, know everything about roofs! They've been power-washing, repairing and oiling roofs for years.We plan to have them come out annually to maintain our roof.
Description of Work: Mike & Mike power-washed our VERY DIRTY shake roof and cleaned gunk out of gutters. Large roof with some of the gutters at 2nd story level. Great prep, lots of debris off the roof but they cleaned it all up and hosed down the house afterwards. We couldn't believe it was the same roof!Two days later, after the roof dried, they came back to replace broken shakes and to put a coat of oil on to preserve the shakes.Again, very professional, neat and careful (but fast) workers!

roof cleaning
+ -1 moreHe came over to give us a bid which was competitive. He came and did the work, with a small crew, but calling him back to ask questions or this fall's experience (see above) he never responded.
Description of Work: Cleaned the roof which had some mildew forming. Did a good job, cleaning up everything too. Said he would come back to reapply a treatment in October and to just call him. We called him and left a message. He never called back.

roof cleaning
+ -1 moreMike and his crew (2 others) arrived a few minutes early, got right to work, worked continuously, cleared all the debrie off the roof (leaves, moss and small limbs). Cleaned the gutters and the ground of all that stuff (even took away a large limb that was by my driveway that had not been on the roof). I could not have asked for a better job. Nothing to complain about.
Description of Work: Mike gave a fair estimate for the work but actually did more than he listed on the bid. He scraped the roof, also used a wire brush to get all the moss off, air blew the debrie off the roof, sprayed to kill any remaining moss, and cleaned up really well, gutters and the ground around the house. His bid did not include scraping the moss off but he said the build up was so deep, scraping was required (air blowing would not do the job).
