+ -1 moreLupe is very quick and also totally thorough in his work. He does a quality job and most importantly, cleans up every speck of mess before he leaves. He did not blink or add anything to the price when I found additional cracks that needed a little of his attention in addition to the ones included in his original bids. I was so thrilled that I gave him a sizable tip with his payment. I would highly recommend his work.
Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Lupe Lozano to do dry walling for me. Both were repair and remodeling projects. So he has worked on my kitchen after a back splash was torn out and damaged the dry wall, textured a bathroom for me after wall paper was removed, repaired all around a window when a leak destroyed the dry wall and several other cracks and settling damage repairs.

+ -1 moreThis job was completed without a problem. I have worked with contractors for ten years as part of my employment and I think Lupe is one of the best sheet rock contractors in the area. He is reliable, reasonable and goes the extra mile to make sure a customer is satisfied. No other sheet rock contractor will ever do work for me, personally or professionally.
Description of Work: Lozano's completed the interior drywall work in a new 1500 plus square foot manufactured home, including all repair work and excessive cracking.

+ -1 moreLUPE LAZANO BID THE JOB AND THEN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. HE DID PROFESSIONAL WORK VERY MUCH TO THE SATISFACTION OF MYSELF AND MY WIFE. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND RESCHEDULE IF WE HAD CONFLICTS WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS OR THE WORK I WAS DOING MYSELF. AS IT TURNED OUT WE DID NOT NEED TO RESCHEDULE, BUT THE POINT IS I COULD HAVE IF NECESSARY.
Description of Work: REPLACED DRYWALL ON WALLS AND CEILING IN KITCHEN; RE-TEXTURED AND TOUCHED UP WALLS IN LAUNDRY; MATCHED TEXTURE FROM DINING ROOM TO KITCHEN AFTER DROPPED CEILING IN KITCHEN WAS REMOVED.
